Robin Greenblat is the mother of three children and has 16 years experience in the field of Childcare with 12 years as Director. She has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Certificate of Achievement in the study of Early Childhood Education and carries a Site Supervisor Permit from the State of California. Robin is licensed with the Childcare Coordinating Council of San Mateo County (4C’s) is CPR certified and has a Medical Assisting Certificate. The curriculum is based on current research and sound educational theories of early childhood learning and development. Robin's Nest provides a wide range of hands-on, interactive materials allowing children to experiment and explore their surroundings. The projects will stimulate creativity and build a positive self image in each child as well as encourage involvement of family members in each child’s learning. Robin's Nest is a fun child-directed environment with plenty of free time and outdoor play. Each month, your child will be enjoying a professionally designed preschool curriculum. They will have creative art, alphabet and language activities, music and movement, hands-on math and science, social activities and games. Your child will participate in activities related to educational monthly themes. Watch for related activities to begin arriving home. You will receive information each month along with weekly notes. These resources include a description of each theme’s goals, a list of the songs and rhymes your child is learning, a book list and more. You may wish to visit the library and get some of the suggested book titles to share with your child at home.
